GUIDED SEA KAYAKING SEWARD, ALASKA
LLC

Is the Guided Rental Option FOR YOU?

Guided Rental Option can save you money if you are experienced kayakers, have suitable camping gear, and can provide your own food and drinks. This option works well for outdoor savvy folks that are traveling in Alaska and have their gear with them. We provide
a guide equipped with satellite phone, marine VHF radio, bear resistant food container, 1st aid kit, and interpretive information.
We also supply kayak or kayaks equipped with necessary paddling gear and paddle safety gear.
Participants must have appropriate gear and must do thier own set up, clean up, and participate with sometimes fully guided
participants also on the same adventure. Good quality outdoor clothing and camping gear is a must. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone should our gear inspection find that your gear is not appropriate for elements that we may encounter during this adventure.
All of our trips take place in cold and wet environments and our decision on your gear selection will be based on our extensive knowledge
and experience providing safe and enjoyable guided trips here in Alaska.
We realize that not everyone needs a guide to enjoy the outdoors, but we find that local knowledge & experience can make or
break a wilderness experience. Glacial areas are areas that have inherent hazards due to the size and dynamics
or the elements and ice itself. All participants must sign waver of liability to participate in our organized trips, fully guided or
guided rental.
